We understand that Temptapp may not be available in all jurisdictions and that in certain jurisdictions use of Temptapp may contravene local laws. If you are based in such a place you must discontinue viewing Temptapp immediately and you may not try to sign up to our Services.
Any information, text, photos, graphics, trademarks, videos, links or other material or compilations of any such material appearing on Temptapp is referred to as “Content” in the Terms.

Temptapp provides facilities which allow users of the Services to follow their favourite social media stars and to interact through Temptapp with those stars on a day to day basis.
In these Terms persons who wish to be a star of social media with us are referred to as “Stars” and they will have a Star’s account. Persons who are visiting any part of Temptapp are referred to as “Visitors” and Visitors become “Users” when they create a user account with Temptapp.
Temptapp is a social media platform that enables its registered users to interact with some of the world’s leading social media stars. Once you have set up an account as a User with Temptapp you can use the platform to follow Stars of your choice and interact with them using the communications functions on Temptapp.
Using ‘Coins’ bought within Temptapp, Users will be able to make ‘in app’ purchases to receive communications from Stars of their choice and a range of Content provided by those Stars. For more information about this please refer to our Coin package purchase area of Temptapp.
All use of our Services is subject to these Terms. If you (the User) choose to use Temptapp then you will be agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms you may not use any of our Services.
You may print and keep a copy of these terms. They constitute a legal agreement between us and all Users and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change the terms at our discretion by publishing them on the website.
Although we hope Temptapp will be of interest to Users, we accept no liability to the fullest extent such liability can be excluded by law and offer no warranties in relation to it and the Content.
Any views expressed in messages appearing on Temptapp are not necessarily those of Temptapp or anyone connected with it.
If you choose to create an account with Temptapp, you acknowledge and agree that standard carrier charges may apply for the device you are using and depending on your service plan, your phone or broadband carrier may impose data and other charges when you are signed into your Temptapp account. Any and all such charges are solely your responsibility.
Regardless of whether you are intending to sign up as a Star or a User on Temptapp we will not knowingly accept any application for an account unless you have first agreed to our Terms. By successfully creating an account on Temptapp you will have entered into an agreement with us for use of the Services which will be subject to our Terms. Please note that we do not have to accept all applications for accounts.
Any communications that you send to Temptapp for publishing, whether on Temptapp or to any other account holder are referred to as “Postings” in these Terms. The word “Postings” will be taken to mean any interaction between an account holder and any other account holder or an account holder with Temptapp and will include the content of all such interactions such as text, video, musical, sound, data or content of any description.
Temptapp will not provide routine or regular moderation of Postings although we may moderate sample Postings and will do so on a regular basis. When agreeing to the Terms you will be agreeing to abide by the rules of conduct of Temptapp (“Rules”). These Rules are intended to prevent our Visitors, Users and Stars from behaving badly on Temptapp and to maintain Temptapp as a safe platform for all users. The Rules are for the protection of all and all users of Temptapp must abide by them.
On applying for an account, you should create an account that properly represents you, using your personal details. All persons applying for an account on Temptapp must provide accurate details of themselves. Accounts are to be used only by the named applicant and no other person.
Because Temptapp is an international platform we recognise that Users will be located in jurisdictions around the world. There are different rules around the world regarding taxes on payments and for that reason we need to know what jurisdiction you are in. Prices payable through in app purchases will include the tax due to be collected in the jurisdiction in which you are located so please ensure your country of residence is entered correctly when opening your account with us.
Temptapp is intended to be used by adults. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to apply to create an account on Temptapp. We may from time to time seek other information from an account holder to confirm the account holders details. We may also access information which is freely and publicly available elsewhere on the internet in order to confirm details.
Where we suspect on reasonable grounds that an account holder:
We reserve the right to terminate that account without notice and remove it from Temptapp. If we choose to terminate an account under this provision, we will not be liable to the account holder or any other person for any loss or damagecaused by the termination.
Access to and use of the Temptapp is through a combination of a username and a password. Each account holder mustkeep their username and password strictly confidential and only share it with a third party if this third party has permission to assist with the management of that account in some way. Remember your password! For security reasons, Temptapp will not release passwords except as may be specifically required by law or court order.
You should keep us aware of any changes to any of the information about you that has changed since the account was created. You must promptly inform us of any breaches or apparent breaches of security, such as loss of, theft of, or unauthorised disclosure or use of any account security information or password.
Following any breach of security on your account, until we have received a notification of a breach in security from you by e-mail to admin@temptapp.com you will remain liable for any improper use of your account.
If, during your use of Temptapp you find that there is any Content showing on Temptapp which is a breach of the Rules, please contact us on admin@temptapp.com and we will endeavour to take the offending Content down.
All personal data that we receive on at Temptapp will be dealt with in a manner which complies with English legislation as laid down in the Data Protection Act 1998 and in our privacy policy (see www.temptapp.com/privacy-policy).
Each account holder retains the property rights in any Content created by them.
By creating Content you expressly and irrevocably grant to us a non-exclusive, free and royalty-free, transferable, licensable, worldwide license to host, store, cache, index, use, copy, reproduce, display, perform, publish and distribute your rights in the Content so that we can provide the Temptapp Services.
You understand and agree that the license you have given to us will remain and continue in effect for as long as you maintain your Temptapp account but after your account is closed we may retain backup copies of all of your Content indefinitely for our internal archival and record keeping purposes.
By creating and publishing your Postings, you also expressly and irrevocably authorise the persons that you interact with on Temptapp (subject to purchase requirements) to access and view (without downloading or copying) your Content for their own lawful use.
For any Content that you make available through Temptapp you represent and warrant:
Make sure there is no legal obligation, contract or other restriction which would prevent your making the Postings.
Anonymous Postings are not accepted.
You should retain copies of all Postings if you wish to have future access to them.
You waive your moral rights to be identified as author of your Postings.
The 14 day right to cancel applies only to Users dealing as consumers.
Subject to the paragraphs below, you have the legal right to cancel your account within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the Sign Up process was successfully completed.
Creating an account on Temptapp is free. If, however, you start to purchase Services through Temptapp, that will constitute a decision by you to give up your right to cancel the agreement for your account as, at that point, we will have begun the supply of digital content to you.
To exercise your legal right to cancel as a User, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by email to admin@temptapp.com
We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (by email) without delay. To meet the cancellation deadline referred to, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
We shall be entitled to terminate your account if you:
A “Fake Account” is an account opened by a person (or for a person) or used by a person (or on behalf of a person) where at any time during the existence of the account:
We may suspend and/or terminate any account which we reasonably believe to be a Fake Account without notice.
Where any account is terminated under the foregoing provisions by operation of these Terms the member is on notice that Temptapp will not knowingly allow any that person to create any further account with Temptapp.
When an account is closed all personal data and records will be removed from public access and dealt with in accordance with the provisions of any relevant statute or regulations then in force. That account holder will remain liable for any payments or charges which are due and owing arising from their Temptapp account as at termination of the account.
Temptapp reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any Visitor, User or Star access to Temptapp, specific areas of Temptapp or functionality or features of Temptapp.
A person wishing to become a Star appearing on Temptapp will need to create an account with us through the Sign Up process. We ask that, if you are intending to sign up to Temptapp as a Star, you should provide your first name, last name, a current email address, current country of residence, your date of birth and to indicate your gender.
As part of the Sign Up process you will be asked to provide your name and a username. This will be the same username by which you are already known on other social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
The username will be the name under which you will appear on Temptapp.
During this process you will be asked to allow your photo to be taken by the tablet, computer or your device that you are using to complete the Sign Up process. Not all applications will be successful as we have the right to decline an application without giving any reasons.
Once this is successfully completed we will review your profile and, once you have accepted these Terms of Use, we will set you up with a Star account on Temptapp. A binding agreement will only have been made once you have accepted our Terms of Use.
Once you have your Star account you will be able to engage with Users who follow your Temptapp account by posting photos and videos. For most interactions the Users will be required to make a payment through the Temptapp Coin system. The amount payable will be set by yourself and will appear in each communication. Users will also be able to send you private messages for an agreed fee, should you choose to respond to those User messages then your response will be locked unless a further payment is agreed to by the User.
Postings are temporarily stored on the devices of recipient Users but will be deleted automatically 24 hours after being opened for viewing.
Any payments due to you under our agreement will be paid to you every 7 days as long as the balance on your account is equal to or exceeds the agreed credit balance of Coins. If your account does not have the agreed credit balance, then the balance will remain on the account until the required amount is reached, or the account is closed.
Payments to Models will be 50% (inclusive) of User’s spending with them. The rate will be determined by factors including coin purchase prices and currency exchange rates.
As Temptapp will be available internationally you may reside in a different world time zone so all references to dates and times are to Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”). All applications for payments must be made through your Star control panel within Temptapp and must be made each Monday between the hours of 00.01 – 16.00pm GMT.
You may cancel your Star account without notice by simply selecting the ‘Delete Account’ option. Please note that you will only then be entitled to payment accrued to you up to the point of cancellation and that payment will be made on the next usual weekly payment cycle.
A person wishing to become a User of Temptapp will need to create an account with us through the Sign Up process.
A person wishing to become a User on Temptapp must be 18 years of age or older. You will need to create an account with us through the Sign Up process. We ask that you provide your first name, last name, a current email address, current country of residence, your date of birth and your gender.
Following the first part of the Sign up process you will be asked to provide your names and a username. These details will be required for any future log in to your User account. You must keep them confidential.
In order to view Postings you will need to have the required amount of credit in your User account. You can acquire credit (through the purchase of Coins) by buying them at the current exchange rate that will be published on Temptapp. The rate of exchange for Coins will be subject to fluctuation.
Please be aware that Postings are temporarily stored on your device and they are deleted 24 hours after being opened for viewing.
Pricing for in app purchases will vary dependant on a number of factors. In each case where a payment is required the amount required to be paid will be clearly displayed and any tax payable will be included in that sum unless the contrary is specified.
Temptapp allows you to view your current balance of Coins available for spending within Temptapp. If for any reason you believe that there is an error in that balance then contact Temptapp at admin@temptapp.com
If you choose to close your User account then choose the option to delete the account that is available on the Temptapp platform. You should make sure that you spend all Coins before closing your account as unused Coins will not be refunded.
We do our best to ensure all information on Temptapp is accurate. If you find any inaccurate information on Temptapp let us know and we will correct it, where we agree, as soon as practicable.
You should ensure that information you send to Temptapp is accurate and does not breach anyone else’s rights such as copyright or is libellous, obscene, menacing, threatening, offensive, abusive, fraudulent, criminal or infringes the rights of other people or in is in any way illegal.
You should independently verify any information before relying upon it for any reason.
We make no representations that information is accurate and up to date or complete and accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by inaccurate information.
Temptapp’s Content contains (or may contain from time to time) copyright material, trade names and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, graphics, video, music and sound. The entire contents of Temptapp are protected by copyright law. We, or our licensors, own copyright and/or database right in the selection, co-ordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part except as provided in these Terms.
You may download Content from Temptapp for your own personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without our express permission and that of the copyright owner. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyright material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyright material.
We provide hypertext links to other sites are operated by other people. Using such a link means you are leaving Temptapp and we take no responsibility for, and give no warranties, guarantees or representations in respect of linked sites.
Temptapp may change from time to time and account holders agree that we may add or withdraw facilities and Content from Temptapp at any time, with or without notice.
Temptapp may not be available during any maintenance or update periods or any power or server outages or for other reasons outside of our reasonable control. We will do its best to make sure that Temptapp is uninterrupted and error-free, although we cannot guarantee this. If we need to suspend or restrict access to, or update Temptapp, we will do our best to minimise any disruption to you.
Sometimes, other social media platform providers that we interact with may place certain rules and restrictions on the use of Temptapp. There may also be times when we have to remove certain devices or platforms from being able to access Temptapp. We will do our best to let you know of any of these changes, usage rules and restrictions, where necessary.
By using Temptapp, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, proceedings, judgments, orders, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, interest and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and legal costs) arising out of or related to any of the following:
Viewers can access Temptapp free of charge. Where we do not levy a charge, Temptapp is provided on the basis of no liability for any Content (including information). Where we provide a chargeable service to you we accept liability for direct loss arising from our not having used reasonable skill and care in the provision of such services limited to an amount not exceeding the amount you have paid us in the last full calendar year expiring on the date of the making of the claim.
You expressly understand and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we (or any party engaged by us to deliver Services to account holders) shall not be liable to you for:
resulting from any use by you, whether direct or indirect, of any Services provided to you by Temptapp, of any information or advice appearing on the Temptapp or provided in or by any Services offered by Temptapp or any software offered by us.
Further we shall not be liable to you for any failure of performance of Temptapp, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or the failure of any transmission, or of any communications facility, or any theft, destruction or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of Temptapp records in circumstances which were beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent that any provision of clause 12 is found to be ineffective, you agree that the remaining provisions of the clause shall continue to be of full effect.
Nothing in this clause 12 is intended to limit or exclude the liability of Temptapp for causing the death or personal injury of any person or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
Should we be liable to you for any breach of contract or of any duty arising from such contract, our liability shall be limited to the aggregate of any amount paid by you to us in the 12 months prior to the making of the Claim or 100 GBP, whichever is the greater.
We are a distributor of content supplied by our account holders and third parties. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by account holders or third parties, including information providers, are those of the authors or distributors and not of us. We do not necessarily endorse nor are we responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made on Temptapp.
If you make a private or commercial arrangement with anyone using the communications facilities through Temptapp this is at your sole risk.
All chargeable services are clearly marked as being chargeable on Temptapp and the price is shown. You may only use a payment method which is in your own name and you may only order for personal use.
Users may not use or seek to use any Temptapp content for any commercial purpose.
Please remember that all account holders must be 18 years (or older if the age of majority is older in the jurisdiction in which you are based).
Where you purchase services through a link to a third party, any contract you may choose to make with them, or use of their website is a matter between you and them. We do not accept any liability for the quality or type of services or goods provided by those whom we mention on Temptapp or to whom we have linked our platform. It is for you to make your own judgment about the quality of such providers. We exclude all liability both under contract and under the law of tort including without limitation liability for misrepresentation to the fullest extent permitted by law in this respect.
English law shall apply to these Terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
We make no warranty or guarantee that Temptapp or information available over it complies with laws other than those of England.
Any formal legal notices should be sent to us at the address given at the head of these Terms by email but must be confirmed by post.
Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under this agreement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to, nor shall it, confer any benefit on a third party whether under the English law Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting a variation on Temptapp.
TEMPTAPP - RULES OF CONDUCT
Our Rules are based on the principle that all of our Visitors, Users and Stars should respect each other and that all our dealings with one another should be based on dignified discourse.
A breach of any of the Rules can result in our closing your account and we reserve the right to pursue you for any damage caused that resulted from your conduct. We also reserve the right to regard a pattern of behaviour which may only amount to minor breaches of the Rules as being a breach of the Rules.
